Information: A park built by a millionaire (Richard Attenborough) has as many inhabitants dinosaurs, extinct for sixty-five million years. This is possible because it was found a fossilized insect, which had sucked blood of dinosaurs, where we could isolate the DNA, the chemical code of life, and from this point, recreate them in the laboratory. But what seemed a dream becomes a nightmare when the experience leaves the control of its creators.


- In the Book of Dinosaurs Park, from Michael Crichton, the character John Hammond proudly announces that the tour guide of the park is the actor Richard Kiley, known in the United States. In the film, director Steven Spielberg called himself Richard Kiley to interpret itself in this scene.

- In certain scene of the film, a glass of water fall to the boom caused by steps of dinosaurs. Indeed, the glass was broken using a note acute guitar, which gave the scene the exact idea that the director Steven Spielberg wanted.

- The actor William Hurt has come to be called to interpret Dr. Alan Grant, but refused the role without even reading the original script of the film.
